When does the calorimeter need to be recalibrated? Coke thermal strength

Everyone knows that the calorimeter is mainly used to measure the calorific value of coal, straw  other solids  petroleum  other liquids. During operation  use, the loss of heat in the conduction path may bring errors to the final measurement results. Therefore, in order to find the value of these heat consumption, we need to perform a temperature compensation on the calorimeter, which is the so-called capacity calibration operation. In those cases, the capacity of the calorimeter needs to be re-calibrated.

1. Since the temperature values (relative temperature values) measured by each temperature probe are  the same, their linearity is  completely the same, so when the temperature probe is replaced, the heat capacity of the calorimeter needs to be recalibrated.

2. When using coal standard materials  standard benzoic acid to check the accuracy of the calorimeter, if the measured value is found to be inconsistent with the standard value, that is, the measured value  the standard value exceed the uncertainty range,  the measurement of benzoic acid When the difference between the calorific value  the standard calorific value exceeds 50J/g, if no other reason is found, the calorimeter's heat capacity should be recalibrated.

3. When the heat capacity is calibrated  the calorific value is measured, if the difference between the room temperature is more than 5℃, the heat capacity should be re-calibrated. Although the platinum resistance has good linearity in a certain temperature range, it does  need to be corrected for the average graduation value when it is working in the specified temperature range, otherwise it will cause non-negligible errors.

If there is no condition to calibrate the average graduation value of the temperature measuring probe, the heat capacity of the instrument can be re-calibrated so that the calibrated heat capacity is consistent with the temperature measurement conditions when measuring the calorific value to offset the measurement error of the thermometer.
