1. Make preparations, first power on all coal testing instruments, especially the electronic balance to warm up for 30 minutes.

2. Sampling the incoming sample, you can use the cross method to divide the coal sample to about 100~150g.

3. Calibrate the electronic balance that has been warmed up for 30 minutes. When calibrating, keep the room without vibration  ensure that the temperature of the room does  exceed

After 30 degrees, keep the humidity in the room  to exceed 75%.

4 Press CAL-100, put down the 100g weight, when the screen displays 100.0000, remove the weight.

5. Open the drying oven, adjust the temperature to 145 degrees, weigh the weighing bottle, weigh about 10g of coal in the weighing bottle.
